Anna Sharp personalized songs are offered by Keystone Logistics & Supply. Here’s what to know before ordering.

Your song

A $35 order includes one full personalized song, typically around 2–3 minutes long, delivered to you by email within 72 hours of successful payment.

You’ll receive the finished song as an MP3, with the lyrics included in your delivery email.

Need it sooner? 24-hour Rush delivery is available for an additional $10, bringing the total to $45.

Your delivery time begins when payment is successfully completed.

Revisions & corrections

Every song is created specifically from the story and details you provide.

Before Anna starts: Double-check names, spellings, dates and the details that matter most. Your song will be created from the story you submit here. Changes to the original story after production begins may require an additional fee.

If we miss a must-have detail you provided or pronounce a name incorrectly, one correction is included when requested within seven days of delivery.

If you realize that information you submitted was incorrect, or you want to change the story or creative direction after production begins, additional work may require a fee. We’ll always tell you the cost and get your approval before proceeding.

Because personalized music is creative and subjective, corrections do not include general changes based on personal taste or a completely new creative direction when the finished song reflects the information and direction submitted with your order.

Refunds & our delivery promise

Because every song is custom-made specifically for you, all personalized-song purchases are final sale.

Refunds are not offered based on personal taste, creative preference, changes of mind, or information submitted incorrectly with the order.

We do, however, guarantee the delivery timeframe you purchase.

Your song will be delivered within 72 hours of successful payment—or within 24 hours if you purchase Rush delivery. If we do not deliver your completed song by your promised deadline, you are entitled to a full refund.

Delivery is considered complete when the finished song is sent to the purchaser’s email address provided with the order.

Privacy

We use the information you provide to create your personalized song, process and manage your order, deliver your finished song, and provide customer support.

Payment information is securely processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Your unfinished questionnaire may be saved on your device for up to seven days so you don’t lose your work. You can remove it at any time using “Clear draft,” and it is cleared when your browser confirms successful payment.

With your analytics permission, we collect limited information about visits and ordering steps. If configured, Google Analytics measures these events; with advertising permission, Meta and linked Google advertising measurement may receive purchase value and a pseudonymous transaction reference. We do not send names, email addresses, song stories, lyrics, private links or questionnaire answers to these providers. Optional tracking stays off until you choose it. Use “Privacy choices” to change your preferences at any time; choices are stored for 180 days. Website tracking permission is separate from marketing-email signup. Declining optional tracking does not affect ordering or delivery.

Your completed song, lyrics and order information are retained so we can fulfill your order, provide customer support, and resend your original song if you need it in the future.

The finished song is sent only to the purchaser. Nothing is automatically sent to the person the song is about, so you decide exactly when and how to share the surprise.

Your song’s download link is private and unlisted. Anyone you choose to share that link with may be able to download the song, so share it only with people you trust.

Please do not submit financial information, highly sensitive personal information, or information about another person that you do not have permission to share.

You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your order information. Certain payment, transaction, or business records may need to be retained where required by law.

Terms & personal use

Personal use

Your personalized song is intended for personal gifting and noncommercial enjoyment.

You may listen to it, give it to someone, share it privately, and post it through your personal, noncommercial social accounts.

Unless separately agreed in writing, copyright and other applicable rights in the finished song remain with Keystone Logistics & Supply.

Advertising, business use, film, podcasts, monetized media, paid promotions and other commercial uses require separate written permission.

If your song is intended for commercial use, please contact us before ordering.

Placing an order

You must be 18 or older to place an order and must have the right or permission to provide the information you submit.

Orders become active after successful payment.

Standard personalized songs are $35 with delivery within 72 hours. Optional 24-hour Rush delivery adds $10, for a total of $45.

There is no subscription or recurring charge.

We may decline or cancel an order containing unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate material, or a request to imitate the distinctive style or voice of a specific living artist.

If we determine that we cannot fulfill an order after accepting payment, the payment will be refunded.
